We are seeking intelligent and outgoing Retail Sales Associates who thrive in a competitive sales environment and can comfortably interact with customers to join our unique retail mattress team. You may be required to work at any of our Charlotte area locations. You will greet customers and determine what products they want or need while earning a competitive wages. WEEKLY SALARY PLUS COMMISSION - GUARANTEED MINIMUM $800 per WEEK!
The Retail Sales Associate will also be responsible for:
• Describing mattress features and uses to customers
• Recommending, selecting or helping to locate or obtain specific mattresses based on customer needs
• Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payments. You will also place special orders or call other stores to find specific items.
Additional responsibilities for the Retail Sales Associate include:
• Answering any customer questions
• Preparing sales slips or sales contracts
• Maintaining records related to sales
• Demonstrating operational uses of mattresses to customers
As a Retail Sales Associate for America’s Mattress, you must be a team player, very outgoing and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Additional requirements of the Retail Sales Associate include:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Passing a drug and background screening
• No prior retail sales experience needed but must possess a dynamic outgoing personality
