• you will be bound by and comply with these Official Rules for the Sweepstakes ("Official Rules"), which include the General Terms and Conditions, and which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Sponsor identified in the applicable Sweepstakes Terms;

Official Rules: Contest Sweepstakes entry runs from April 27, 2023 through May 13, 2023 and is sponsored by Carolina Sleep Shoppe, DBA America’s Mattress. No purchase is necessary. Entries must be received by midnight, Eastern Time, May 13, 2023. Winner will be announced on Mother’s Day, May 14, 2023. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email and must confirm eligibility within 72 hours. Failure to respond and confirm eligibility will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be notified. The same 72 hour response rule will apply until a winner is confirmed. Entries must be received via the sweepstakes form posted on this webpage (www.mattressnc.com/pages/sweepstakes)

Qualifying entries require information about why “Mom Needs More Sleep” and a new mattress. The winner will be selected by a representative of the sponsor based on information submitted.

Winner agrees to the posting of information from their entry on the sponsor website for the purpose of marketing and officially recognizing the winner. This posting may or may not identify the winner. All entrants agree that non-identifying information from their entry may be used for marketing.

If delivery of the prize is requested, a delivery fee of $79 must be paid to schedule delivery. For prize delivery, winner must we inside the delivery area which consists of the Greater Charlotte, NC Metro area and the Winston-Salem area. Geography includes Charlotte, Matthews, Pineville, Huntersville, Gastonia, Waxhaw, Winston-Salem, Lexington, Clemmons, Ft Mill, Rock Hill and areas adjacent to or falling within the footprint of this geography. To determine if you are inside the delivery area, use the delivery tool inside the shopping cart on this website.

If you are outside of the delivery area, or choose not to pay a delivery fee, the prize can be picked up at our warehouse located at 11709 Carolina Pl Pkwy, Pineville, NC 28134. Pickup must be scheduled by calling the number that will be to the winner provided by the sweepstakes sponsor. Prize must be delivered or picked up within 45 days of winning. Failure to pick up or receive delivery will result in prize forfeiture.  

Contest is open to legal residents within the Charlotte and Winston-Salem Metro areas, as defined by the winner’s willingness to either 1) pick up the prize at the location designated above or 2) reside in the delivery area as described above and pay a delivery fee of $79 at the time of scheduling delivery.

Employees of the sponsoring companies and their immediate family are not eligible to participate and win. Only one entry per household is valid.

One prize will be awarded and odds of winning are determined by the number of entries.
